>> IMPROVED NETWORK
The
joint collaboration between TARA and Safaricom will soon bear
additional fruits on the isolated island of Mfangano. Through TARA‘s
intervention, Safaricom will put up a network mast on the island to
ensure efficient communication. This will go a long way in helping the
people at Kwitone and Mawanga rock art sites, community members,
visitors and the tour guides. The recent visit by the Safaricom
engineers is a confirmation that the installation is intended before
the end of 2010.The problem of poor network will soon be a thing of the
past for both the visitors and the local community.
